I am in primary school now, I have many lessons to learn from Monday to Friday, my favorite subject is English. Last week, my English teacher gave us a task, she asked us to make the presentation of our favorite English celebrity. I chose Avril Lavigne, she is my favorite singer, I have listened to her songs for many years. When I presented the singer, many of my classmates clapped their hands, because they like her, too. Then we share many things about Avril, I felt so happy in that class, it is so interesting, we talked happily, we share our common interest. I will never forget about that class, it causes my passion to learn English.

I usually go to school by bus.Because my home is far.Sometimes I go by bike.I go to school from Monday to Friday.If I go by bike,I must cross two busy roads .If the traffic light is red or yellow,I know I can't cross the road ,so I wait. If the light turns green, I know it means “Go”.

I am go to mang city.I am go to school every week .In Saturday ,I went to park by bike at frist .Then I with my friends went to post office near club.At last,I with my parents to Beijing by train .Beijing is very big and busy.I very like Beijing.Let's try to beijing with me.。

If i catch a cold ,i'll do some things to help me get through the disease.

Make sure i have a warm sweater,jacket,scarf and cap handy in case of sudden onset of cold temperatures whenever i go out.

I will listen to some soft music or reading interesting novles to avoid getting unduly stressed out,as stress can lower my immunity.

Keep eating much less food and use a more simple liquid-based diet.I would like to drink plenty of fluids,especially fresh juices,herbal teas to prevent dehydration and help flush out the body.

Useful foods include cabbage with hearts,green peppers with their insides are always my favorite espcially when i am sick.Above all,don't forget to wash hands often and refrain from close contact with loved ones to avoid spreading the viruses.I'll keep these tips always in mind.Finally,keep active by means of doing sports is absolutely benefit for my health.
