Learning english can be a very difficult task for most people, this is because we dont live in a environment where we are forced to speak or write english. so i think the best way to learn english is by communicating with others using the lagnguage itself and not just learn from the book. Im sure if you live in an environment such as a foreign country and were forced to speak and write english everyday then your english will imprve dramatically. Although we must agree that we need to read and write english from the book in order to get the foundations that we need for basic communication, this is essential but as i said, this is only a foundation, what you develop afterwards all depends on your ability to adapt to an environment and your courage.。

所以選我了吧。English is very important nowadays and everyone just craws to school or training agency to learn it. I'm no exception and thus I have gotten some experience to share with you, which might be helpful to your English study.Firstly, vocabulary is important. Usually, we start to learn English by studying words, then we come to sentences, paragraphs, and, lastly, articles. Vocabulary is the basis of our English studying. Without enough vocabulary, we will encounter great difficulties in English reading, writing, listening etc. So my first step in learning English is to enlarge my vocabulary. Secondly, recitation is of great help. I think the major part of the English learning is recitation: recitation of words, phrases, good sentences and so on. It is often the case that we forget what we have try to memorize, which is also the reason why we hate to recite. However, by repeating this procedure, it helps us to form a good habit of organizing English sentences while, at the same time, provides a variety of resources for writing.Thirdly, perseverance plays a key role in English studying. To be frank, for most people, studying English is by no mean an attractive job. It deals with words, sentences, meanings and other things which appear boring. So it requires patience and perseverance. Perseverance is the bridge that connects you and the boring job. So, stick to it and you can make it.To sum up, enough vocabulary, sufficient recitation and perseverance are very important in English studying. Getting enough vocabulary lays a sound foundation and recitation is a good way to learn English while perseverance decides where you can achieve. There are also other things when studying English; I just share some with you. Let's work hard to learn English well.。

英語學習經驗交流會演講稿 暇之餘，常常思索工作中的點點滴滴。

在劍橋工作的這四年裏，我接過小班，大班，混合班，也接過別人的班，可以説是學生經歷豐富。這裏，結合多年的教學實踐，有幾點心得與大家分享。

第一是提高常規訓練。所謂沒有規矩不成方圓，沒有常規也不成課堂。

對學生不控制不行，控制死了也不行，英語學習就是要給學生更多説話的機會。給學生自由但是不能放任自流。

自由要與紀律相結合。 首先來分析一下學生的性質，正所謂知己知彼，百戰百勝。

我認為學生分為三種性質，第一種是中性的，這種學生既不促進也不防礙課堂秩序；第二種是惡劣的，戲弄同學，嘲諷老師，接話茬等；第三種是孺子不可教也，這樣的學生我們要和家長溝通好，做到讓家長了解孩子的情況，理解我們的工作就好。不管遇到哪一類學生讓我們生氣，經驗告訴我不能大動肝火，否則會激化矛盾，會產生更嚴重的叛逆，這一點在中學生中很明顯。

結合上述幾種情況，給大家介紹幾種實用的方法。 1. 聲勢鎮壓。

這個方法要適用，找準機會“發火”。 2. 突然提問：這個問題一定要剛剛講過的不太難的問題。

這個方法適合中性的學生。他們走神後回答不出來問題，通過這種方法一是可以提醒他們二是在告訴他們答案的同時也變相複習了，可謂一舉兩得。

3. 靜觀：眼神控制。可以利用身體語言，比如手勢配合數數；拖下巴等，給學生一種條件反射似的提醒。

4. 連帶懲罰 5. 紀律委員：充分發揮班幹部的效應，使他們成為我們的得力助手。 6. 調座位：注意男女生搭配。

7. 獎懲制度：一定要有力度。老師要説到做到。

8. 小板會：利用好剩餘課堂時間，進行階段總結。 9. 課後談話。

但是不管用哪種方法，管不如防。防患於未然可以有效幫助我們提高常規。

老師可以在上課之前給學生講清教學風格和原則，比如給自尊心三次機會等可以突出老師管理特點的“警告”。 第二是興趣與教學。

我認為興趣與教學是密不可分的。有效教學，提高質量既可以培養興趣又可以防止流量。

有效教學可分為三個方面，三個精神方面，首先是微笑進課堂。所謂一日之計在於晨，那麼一課之際在於笑；然後是激情上課中。

有效的課堂在激情中展開，只有具有激情的老師才能讓課堂多情善感，才是情感的課堂；最後是親近在課下。幽默，歡快和聆聽都能幫助促進師生和諧。

有了情感前提，我們就可以“開課了”。首先是課初導入，可以是笑話、謎語、歌曲、英漢方式嘮家常等幫助學生進入學習狀態。

其次是課中設置，這是能不能上好課的重點。我會給學生滲透一個觀念：答錯了允許重答；答的不完整允許補充；沒有想好的允許再想；不清楚的允許問；不同意的允許爭論；老師出錯允許批評；必要時允許不舉手自由發表意見。

在教學過程中，我常用的幾種方法是：遊戲教學、故事教學、單詞卡片有效應用、合作學習。遊戲教學是主打，主要遊戲方法有猜一猜、模仿、找茬、設置卡通人物代表小組比賽、接龍和爬樓梯等。

注意遊戲不要太複雜，如果遊戲會亂，就少做或者不做，鼓勵孩子多參與，訓練他們在遊戲中發現問題總結規律；故事教學可以細化為讀故事和講故事。讀故事訓練孩子的複述理解能力，講故事對老師的要求比較高，在複述過程中滲透重點和難點。

單詞卡片幫助老師來教單詞，主要方法有聽音找詞、歌曲找詞、看一點猜全貌、閃詞看靈敏和首字母提示搶答。
