3. 如何寫商務請柬

商務請柬是公務場合中廣泛使用的一種文書形式。是舉行活動時,為表示對客人的尊重和邀請者的鄭重態度,專門向邀請對象發出的邀請文書。

請柬的內容由標題、正文、結尾及落款和時間幾部分組成。

標題寫在封面上,如“請柬、請貼”。

正文是請柬的主體,要寫明受邀請人的姓名,擬舉行的活動名稱,活動的時間、地點及注意事項等。要儘量做到用詞準確、精練、懇切、得體。

結尾處空兩格寫上“敬請、恭候”等字樣,再另起一行寫上“光臨、蒞臨”字樣。落款寫在下方由發柬者署名。再另起一行註明日期。

請柬寫好後,最好提前一段時間發出,以便受邀者安排時間的餘地。

6. 商務簽證邀請函怎麼寫

1.邀請信的內容包含邀請人的地址、電話號碼、護照信息,聯繫信息等2.內容需有:a、申請人的護照號碼、出生日期、職務、薪酬;b、計劃逗留的時間(具體停留時間段、逗留天數、目的以及行程);d、出訪費用由誰支付;e、回國保證3.邀請人親筆簽名及姓名拼音4.邀請函內容必須與中方公司擔保信的內容保持一致。

注意:邀請人需提供護照首頁複印件(如非外方國籍的邀請人需提供簽證頁複印件),身份證或居留許可證。若已婚則提供結婚證並提供邀請人的財產證明,薪水,税單以及是否安排住宿等這是已美國為例的邀請函擔保信的內容,希望能給你參考。

你只要把客户的護照簽證copy還有把審批表,在華安排,往來商務合同,擔保書,自己公司的營業執照,遞交給你所在地的外經貿局。最好給你當地的外經貿局去個電話問下,跟他們説是迪拜的客户。他們會告訴你需要什麼東西的。我們這網上可以遞交這些材料的。不知道你們那行不行, 我再附上一份幫客户寫好遞交給大使館的邀請函模板。不知道對你有用否。

寫好之後打印蓋公章。然後把這份打印出來的跟從外經貿局辦好的一份文件(一張紙,我忘記叫什麼了,就是讓客户拿去大使館簽證用的)一起寄給他。噢了。

8. 如何辦理商務邀請函

如果是敏感國家,他會要求我們出具外事辦的。

我們需要提供的資料有:

外方: 護照複印件, 對方執業許可(營業執照), 護照上的簽證複印(來往中國的記錄),

雙方貿易證明文件(外銷發票),提單複印件,合同等(三五份就OK).

我方:營業執照.會計報表, 工廠簡介(文字), 保函, 請示(先打給當地鄉政府,然後鄉政府出請示給泰興市外辦),

你可以先按這些要求準備一份材料上泰興外辦,給他們看下還少什麼,如果合格了,就複印N份(丁科告訴你要幾份),然後填寫入境申報審批表.

帶泰州外辦,(一個客户150元/人服務費)
