因為知識基礎紮實，工作勤奮，教學成績突出，我被評為南海市一九九九年優秀教師、學年度南海一中優秀班主任、學年度第一學期先進工作者，為南海一中成為廣東省名校，為南海一中跨入南海市重點中學的行列做出了自己的貢獻。 **在教學工作中，我虛心向有經驗的老師學習，深入鑽研教材，關注全國英語科教改的動態，大膽進行教改實驗，.因而教學水平不斷提高，形成了自己“善於把握教學重點、難點，注意調動學生學習興趣和積極性，大膽進行教改，堅持教書與育人相結合，注重教學實效”的教學風格，所教班級的成績年年在年級名列前茅，受到了學校領導以及同事的讚賞。

**在教學教研方面： **一、讓創新成為教學、教研的活力與動力 **年至年正是中學英語科由舊教材向新教材轉軌、英語教學由應試教育向素質教育轉化的重大改革時期，它一方面給我的教學工作帶來了前所未有的挑戰，另一方面也正好給我的教學改革帶來了機遇。我開展了“興趣英語教學”。

首先激發學生學習的情感，充分發揮教師感染力，上課精神抖擻，熱情洋溢，使學生與教師產生心理兼容，並構建民主和諧的課堂氣氛，教法靈活多變，邊講邊議，議練結合，形成輕鬆愉快、生動活潑的課堂氣氛。後來，我開展了每天安排學生上講台進行“課前三分鐘英語口語”的活動，活動的形式有一人演講、兩人對話、小品**、短劇和幽默笑話等。

活動的開展，收到了預想不到的效果，學生的熱情高漲，課堂常常爆發出熱烈的掌聲。在活動的開展過程中，學生用英語的表達能力有了明顯的提高，學習英語的積極性更是有了明顯的提高。

並在學校教學教研活動上進行經驗總結，這一活動得到了各教師的認同與充分肯定。年在中山小欖中學上的公開課以其直觀、形象、生動、注重培養學生思維、運用語言能力等優點受到了市教研員和聽課老師的一致好評。

年調入南海一中後，我以更高的熱情全身心地投入教學工作，明確對自己提出“老師英語素質的提高是學生英語素質提高的前提”，把新教材內容及要求與高考大綱相結合，提出了“英語教學既要扣住課本，又要跳出課本；既要抓緊課堂，又要跳出課堂”的教學模式，為此，我主要是從以下幾個方面入手：一、加強基本功訓練，每學期承擔一次校級或科組公開課，虛心聽取他人意見和建議，不斷改進和提高教學水平。二、向備課、教研要質量，多年來我形成了一種備課前分析教材、分析學生、分析方法的研究意識，努力做到在備課中知識結構由淺入深、選材內容貼近社會生活、預期目標學以致用。

三、積極參加科組和全市英語科組織的教研活動，定期聽本科組老師的公開課以及市英語教研室組織的公開課，不放過任何一個學習機會，注意以他人之長補自己之短；同科組同事共同編寫了《英語早讀文選》和《高中英語詞彙選編》等書籍；同備課組成員協同合作查找和篩選網上資源，共同備課，做到了資源共享，智慧共享。四、成立英語活動小組，進行與英語學科相關的課外活動：開辦口語班、英語角、朗讀和演講比賽、寫成語和猜謎、唱英語歌、演話劇、背單詞、英語徵文、參加學校一年一屆的英語節，開展這些多種多樣的課外活動大大地提高了學生學習英語的興趣，也提高了學生對英語學習的認識。

在近幾年的高考中我校英語科的平均成績一直遙遙領先於其它科。用學校領導的話來説：這與英語科老師平時積極和紮實開展各種英語活動是分不開的。

五、拓寬學生知識面，為了適應高考要求，開闊學生的知識視野，積極倡導學生利用圖書館的藏書、“閲讀課”、“上網閲讀課”等時間，自己搜索或利用老師提供的網站進行瀏覽閲讀，豐富自己的英語知識。特別在高考報考英語專業的同學中，倡導開展“每月讀兩本英語課外書”的活動。

六、研究高考，每次帶高三我都要認真學習《考試説明》，把握高考動態，進一步明確考試的知識範圍和能力要求，參與備課組集體研究《考試説明》中的題型示例及其變化，調整複習思路，把握變化實質，充分發揮《考試説明》的信息作用。注重在英語高考。
